Freedom Feeder testers (Try before you buy)

We have a 'tester' version of our Freedom Feeders in the middle "Day" size that you can try out on your horse before buying. Here's how it works:

Requesting a tester: Just order via this page as you would a normal product. You pay the same price as for a new one; this acts as a deposit towards return of the tester.  If you decide to buy, return the tester and we'll send out the product you want. If you decide not to buy, return the tester and we'll refund the full amount paid less a £20 charge. Please note that the tester service is only available to UK-based customers.

"To order"  message: If the messages "To order" and "Will be ordered...delivers in 2-3 weeks" appear, it means the tester is currently out for use by someone else.  We'll send it to you as soon as it's returned.  (If you contact us we can give you an estimate of when we expect it back).

Prompt return in good condition: Please return testers within 2 weeks so they are available to others. As with a bit bank, if testers aren't returned within a month we will retain the full amount paid. Please also ensure testers are returned cleared   of all hay.  Do not wash them.

We wash all Freedom Feeder testers after their return, nevertheless, for health & safety reasons we obviously ask you not to use them on any horse suffering or potentially suffering from a transmissible disease.
