As a family business we sell only products that we've tried out ourselves and meet our strict quality and performance criteria. We also aim to provide the kind of service we expect for ourselves: we hold most of what we sell in our own stock and ship orders within 1-2 days using reliable next-day delivery services
However, we don't just take and fulfill orders. We have strong expertise in the products we sell and in equestrian equipment and horses generally, and our aim is that you get the right product for you and your horse's needs

On-line information
Before ordering we suggest you read the associated sizing and fit and product care guides
For specific problems and needs, take advantage of our help & advice sections - "Solutions for your horse" and "New horse checklist", as well as the Special Collections within our "Shop"
Personal advice
If you would like further input or advice before buying, just email or phone us. We'll advise on the best solution based on what you tell us about your needs and your horse's characteristics, and we won't recommend anything unless we believe it will work. If we feel the right product is one we don't sell, we'll point you to another retailer that sells it
Tester products ("Try before you buy")
For many products we have a limited set of 'testers' that we're happy to send out to prospective customers when available, to try out for effectiveness or fit before buying. We ask you to pay for the product to provide a deposit: if you decide to buy, just return the tester and we'll send out the product you've chosen; if you decide not to buy, return the tester and we'll refund the price less a £20 charge
We do ask that testers are returned within 2 weeks maximum promptly and in good condition for use by others

Yard visits
Occasionally where telephone conversations, photos etc. aren't enough to identify the right solution we may offer to make a yard visit, bringing appropriate testers. We only do this when we feel the visit is needed and would be worthwhile, and we normally make a charge - agreed in advance - depending on the distance involved, etc. (we are based in south Bucks.)
