Flex-On testers (Try before you buy)

We have 'tester' versions of the Flex-on stirrups that you can try out before buying. Here's how it works:

Requesting a tester: Just order via this page as you would a normal product. You pay the same price as for a new one; this acts as a deposit towards return of the tester.  If you decide to buy, return the tester and we'll send out the product you want. If you decide not to buy, return the tester and we'll refund the full amount paid less a £20 charge. Please note that the tester service is only available to UK-based customers.

"To order"  message: If the messages "To order" and "Will be ordered...delivers in 2-3 weeks" appear, it means the tester is currently out for use by someone else. We'll send it to you as soon as it's returned.  (If you contact us we can give you an estimate of when we expect it back).

Prompt return in good condition: Please return testers within 2 weeks and in good condition so they are available to others. As with a bit bank, if testers aren't returned within a month or are returned seriously damaged, we will not accept their return and will retain the full amount paid.  Please also ensure testers are returned clean - we expect to receive them in the same condition they were sent out.  An additional tester fee may be charged if significant cleaning is found to be required.

Important fitting note: Due to their special asymetric design, these stirrups come with distinct left and right sides, marked "R" and "L" on the frame.  Please be sure to get the handing correct when saddling up - they feel VERY funny the wrong way around!  The stirrup marked "R" should be under your right foot with trhe "R" facing back towards you.
