Card security

Our online payment system is provided by Shopify, one of the largest e-Commerce service providers in the world, and is certified to top-level card industry security standards (PCI-DSS level 1), allowing you to order in confidence. Your credit card or Paypal details go directly to the card payments handler through a secure encrypted connection. We don't see your card details and we don't keep them on file.

Privacy

All personal details we request are to enable us to process your order, and are stored in accordance with Data Protection regulations. Your details are treated as confidential & will only be used by us and not passed to any third parties except the payment processor and the shipping company involved in fulfilling your order.

We'll use your email address to send you our very occasional newsletter, but only if you've consented to this, and all such emails will provide an option to unsubscribe from future mailings. 

Should you have any concerns about the security or use of your personal details, or wish us to remove or adjust any of these, just contact us via email to sales@shadowhorse.co.uk, or by writing to our Registered Office address as shown on the "Contact Us" page.
 

Cookies
